MOWI ceviche bowl
  1. Slice the salmon in dices. Put it in a bowl and blend with lime juice and lime rind.
  2. Finely chop and add the chili. Mix it well together and let it rest up to 2 hours.
  3. Peel and slice the avocado in thick peace.
  4. Finely cut the spring onion or slice it lengthwise.
  5. Roughly chop the peanuts.
  6. Divide the salmon, rice, edamame beans, avocado, spring onion and peanuts on four plates.
  7. Add a little soy sauce and fresh coriander and serve.

  • MOWI loin
  • 4 lime
  • 1 reen chilli
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 dl peanuts
  • 1 grated lime
  • 6 dl boiled rice
  • 2 dl edemame beans
