Mushroom and Fish Soup

Who does not like such a perfect mix as mushroom and fish soup – regardless of whether you think the mushroom soup or fish soup is the best in the world. A simple mix of those two flavours is a perfect combination of two seemingly distant worlds: the anglers and mushroom pickers, that is – classic Polish Masuria (if only salmons swum there, because there will be salmon soup on your plates and it will not be any salmon – it will be soup with a MOWI salmon! Anyway, let’s finish the introduction and focus on what comes next, just after eating: cooking!

PREPARATION
Mushroom and fish soup with MOWI salmon – the very name of this soup makes us hungry. Let us start with… cubing the salmon. After this activity, we fry shallot in olive oil along with lemon grass and mushrooms we chopped earlier. Now the hard part comes – adding previously prepared broth from dried mushrooms. The base is ready, but something like this cannot be served as fish soup, yet. Let’s follow this path together in a few simple steps!
The first one is the addition of chilli and two sauces: soy sauce and fish sauce. Mushroom soup is supplemented with flavours known as fish soup and thanks to this we have the beginning of our mix – mushroom and fish soup.
The next step – heating the whole mix that is the base with broth, sauces and chilli and adding salmon (do you remember? – we cut it into cubes at the beginning). At last we can go further and get down to the carrot. You can cut it the way you like and then start the next, an extremely simple stage:
Putting the carrot at the bottom of the plate (it sounds serious, but we simply want to have the carrot placed in the dish we will be eating from). As soon as the vegetable is at the bottom – pour the whole preheated broth with additions and here it is: fish and mushroom soup in its most delicious form. All you need to do is sprinkle it with coriander – at your choice and you can finally go for it! We do not have to say ‘enjoy it!’, because we are sure that you will surely enjoy our mushroom and fish soup cooked with your skills!
