  • Cold smoked MOWI salmon – 200 g
  • Orecchiette pasta – cup
  • Carrot – 1 piece
  • Zucchini – 1 piece
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1 piece
  • Olives without seeds – ¼ cup
  • Tomato – 1 piece
  • Garlic – 1 glove
  • Basil – a few twigs
  • Olive oil – 1 spoon
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Description:

We will break the salad stereotypes with a delicious dish with cold smoked MOWI salmon. Instead of an apron, wear your Christmas sweater, because the temperature in your kitchen will definitely rise.

Preparation:

Let’s boil water for pasta. Pour a cup of orecchiette pasta into boiling water and cook until it is al dente. Add 1 carrot diced into the boiling pasta. We cook until soft, drain everything and harden it in cold water – this is important! We stop the cooking process.

We take a separate bowl into which we squeeze the juice from ½ lemon. To the lemon juice add a few twigs of basil, 1 clove of garlic, a spoon of oil. Mix everything vigorously with a spoon and put it aside to take care of pasta and carrot again.

Throw everything into a deep bowl and pour into the pasta diced: yellow bell pepper, tomato, zucchini and ¼ cup of olives. Add half a pack of cold smoked MOWI salmon.

Pour lemon herbal sauce. Season with salt and pepper for taste and mix everything together so that the flavors can nicely combine.

If you’re a gourmet of MOWI salmon, we recommend that you add extra MOWI portion on top of the pasta.

The wonderful color of MOWI will look great on top of the delicious pasta.
