Description:

How to prepare something that will give us strength? Strength for muscles and tendons thanks to the nutrients and the strength of motivation and pride that we are great chefs? Here are delicious crackers from Speech, which recipe we developed together with a dietitian of our amazing MOWI team – Czarni Slupsk!

Preparation:

Let’s start with crackers. The list of ingredients would indicate the task for the chef, but they only need to be mixed and baked. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add water and syrup. We set aside for 30 minutes. Put  a baking paper on the medium sized baking tray and spread the mixture on the tray to a thickness of about 0.5 cm with a spoon. We bake at 180 C degrees  for about 15-20 minutes. Optionally, we put it on the other side and bake for a few minutes to make it more crispy. We cool for about 30 minutes. And now the sauce. Attention, this will be the most difficult part of the recipe. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, until the consistency is uniform. 😉

Let’s prepare cucumber pickles: Peel/slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices. We make marinade from other ingredients. Pour marinade over cucumbers and leave for about 2 hours at room temperature. Strain.

It is time to combine our ingredients into a perfect whole: we spread the crackers with sauce. We place salmon, avocado, cheese, pickled cucumbers, sprouts and lettuce on them. Place a second slice and press gently. Grease the slices of bread with the sauce. We place salmon, avocado, cheese, pickled cucumbers, sprouts and lettuce. Place a second slice and press gently.  We can do this indefinitely, or until we run out of pickles.

Bon appétit!
