  • Shallot – 1 piece

  • Caraway seeds – ½ teaspoon

  • Tarragon – several twigs
  • Avocado – 1 piece

  • Black Tobiko Caviar – 1 spoon
  • Sumach – 1 spoon
  • Fennel – 1 Piece
  • Nashi Pear – 2 Pieces
  • Frezze – a handful
  • Pink Grapefruit – 1 Piece
  • Zucchini Baby – 1 Piece
  • Pomegranate Pests – 1 spoon
  • Pini Nuts – 1 teaspoon
  • Watermelon Radish – several slices
  • Wine Vinegar – 1 spoon
  • Pepper Pink
  • Salt
Tartar with pistachios, avocado, cucumber, black caviar and salad

Sometimes it takes only 10 minutes to create a perfectly presented tartare!
If you have some wish and ingredients for an elegant dish with salmon, you can charm many connoisseurs of flavors with it.

Preparation:

To create tartare with salmon we need a medium sized bowl. Put into it: shallot, 1 teaspoon of lime zest, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, cumin seeds, pistachios, cucumber, avocado, tarragon, oil and sumach. We cut half of the smoked salmon and all the fresh MOWI salmon into small cubes. Add to the bowl with the ingredients and mix vigorously. Let’s try not to eat yet…

Put the stuffing aside and take out a small salad bowl to which it will go: a diced nashi pear, slices of baby zucchini cut lengthwise, several slices of watermelon radish, shredded fennel, pine nuts, pink pepper, pomegranate seeds, grapefruit, a handful of frezze, oil, wine vinegar and salt. Mix it all up and done!

To make our tartare look delicious, we will arrange it in cold smoked salmon slices. Using a dough tin with a diameter of the base of a small glass, cut out the rings from the salmon slices and carefully put the stuffing. Stuffing, slice, stuffing, slice… we can do it forever!

To emphasize the wonderful color of the MOWI salmon, we add black tobiko caviar on top. We put a salad next to it, et voilà! Enjoy!
