Cold smoked MOWI salmon – 200g
Ingredient
- Cold smoked MOWI salmon – 200g
- Oyster mushrooms – several
- Garlic – one clove
- Shallot – ½ piece
- Parsley tops – few pieces
- Butter – one spoon
- Cranberry – 2 spoons
- Orange juice
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Red sorrel – few leaves
- Baguette
- Cane sugar – 2 spoons
- Hazelnuts – a handful
- Salt
- Pepper

If you feel like a sweet / salty snack, you should try toast with bacon, honey and salmon! The delicate taste of the MOWI salmon will perfectly match the crunchy baguette with cranberry-orange sauce.
Preparation:
Put cranberries, cane sugar and orange juice into a medium-sized pot. Cook over medium heat to obtain thick sauce. Remember to stir from time to time.
Heat the butter in the pan and throw in the shallot along with the squeezed garlic. Once the garlic has blushed and taken on a golden color, add chopped bacon, fry for a while, add hazelnuts, parsley tops and honey, stir and set aside.
Now we move on to making toasts! Grill the sliced baguette to a crisp. We can do this using a special grill pan or oven.
Place crispy toasts on a plate and spread them with cranberry sauce.
Put slices of tasty cold smoked MOWI salmon on them, and on the top put the oyster mushroom fried in parsley. Decorate the plate with red sorrel leaves and sprinkle with salt and pepper for taste.
